The Burgener Weightlifting Course is a two-day seminar led by the Burgener Strength Team — the best opportunity to learn how to teach the Olympic lifts and improve your own technique. Developed by legendary coach Mike Burgener, this curriculum has been refined over 50 years and is taught worldwide, helping athletes and coaches build a solid foundation in Olympic weightlifting.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn and practice over 50 drills covering all key positions and phases of the snatch and the clean & jerk. Day one focuses on the snatch, while day two is dedicated to the clean & jerk, including front squats, jerk drills, and full movement breakdowns.

This seminar is open to athletes and coaches of all levels. Over 16 hours of practical work, feedback, and coaching from world-class experts will help you take both your technique and your understanding of Olympic weightlifting to the next level.
