Calisthenics is the art of mastering your own bodyweight. No barbells, no machines, just you, your body, and the ability to move it with strength, control, and precision. This class builds real, functional strength from the ground up.

It is for all levels. Whether you are working on your first clean push-up or chasing a muscle-up, the progressions are structured so beginners build a solid foundation while advanced athletes keep pushing their limits.

From the fundamentals to the flashy stuff.

We start with the basics and build toward advanced skills. Every movement is taught with attention to proper mechanics, joint health, and mobility. The goal is not just to do the movement. It is to own it.

Fundamentals

Pull-ups, push-ups, and dips, drilled with clean form so the rest of your progress has a base to stand on.

Skill progressions

Handstands, muscle-ups, and the harder shapes, broken into steps you can actually train toward week by week.

Mechanics and mobility

Joint integrity, control, and body awareness, so the strength you build is durable, not borrowed.

Real carryover

Bodyweight strength is honest strength. It improves coordination and shows up in everything else you do.

How to get ready.

Come ready to work on control, not just reps. You do not need advanced skills to start making progress.

Before class

Hydrate, eat normally, and arrive a few minutes early so the coach can set up your progressions.

What to bring

Training shoes, water, and a towel. Comfortable clothing you can move and hang in freely.

First time

Tell the coach where you are, your first push-up or chasing a muscle-up, and they will scale to fit.

Questions before you start.

Do I need experience?

No. The progressions are structured for every level, from your first push-up upward.

Do I need to do a pull-up already?

No. The coach scales every movement, so you build toward the pull-up instead of needing it on day one.

Is this just stretching and bodyweight cardio?

No. It is strength and skill work. You build usable, controllable strength using your own bodyweight.

Will it help my CrossFit?

Yes. Better body control and strength-to-weight ratio carry over into almost every other class.
