What is Calisthenics?
Calisthenics is the art of mastering your own bodyweight. No barbells, no machines — just you, your body, and the ability to move it with strength, control, and precision. This class builds real, functional strength from the ground up.
Who is it for?
All levels. Whether you're working on your first clean push-up or aiming for a muscle-up, there's a clear path forward for you. The progressions are structured so that beginners build a solid foundation while more advanced athletes keep pushing their limits.
What's the focus
We start with the fundamentals — pull-ups, push-ups, dips — and build toward more advanced skills like handstands and muscle-ups. Every movement is taught with attention to proper mechanics, joint health, and mobility. The goal isn't just to do the movement. It's to own it.
Why calisthenics?
Because bodyweight strength is honest strength. You can't fake it and you can't buy it. It improves coordination, builds joint integrity, develops body awareness, and carries over into everything else you do — in the gym and outside of it.
