What is CrossFit at Motus Cultura

CrossFit is the foundation of everything we do. Constantly varied functional movements, performed at high intensity — but here, with one important difference: we give it the time it deserves. Our classes are 90 minutes, not 60. That extra time is yours — to learn, to refine, to actually get better.

Who is it for?

Everyone. Complete beginners who have never touched a barbell. Experienced athletes chasing performance. Competitive CrossFitters preparing for the Open. Our programming and coaching scale to meet you exactly where you are — and push you forward from there.

90 minutes — and why it matters

Most gyms give you 60 minutes. We give you 90. The extra time goes toward skill work, movement progressions, and coaching that actually sticks. You won't just do the workout — you'll understand it, learn from it, and carry something new out of every class.

What to expect

Three classes a day on weekdays, one on Saturday. Enough space for everyone to move freely and get proper attention from the coach. No crowding, no waiting, no compromises.

We run Brute Strength — one of the most respected affiliate programs in CrossFit. Intelligent, structured, and built to develop well-rounded athletes. Nothing random, nothing wasted. Every session has a purpose.
