CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity, but here with one important difference: we give it the time it deserves. Our classes are 90 minutes, not 60. That extra time is yours, to learn, to refine, to actually get better.

It is for everyone. Complete beginners who have never touched a barbell, experienced athletes chasing performance, competitors prepping for the Open. The programming and coaching scale to meet you exactly where you are.

Why our classes hit different.

Most gyms give you 60 minutes. We give you 90, and we spend the difference where it counts. You will not just do the workout. You will understand it, learn from it, and carry something out of every class.

Skill work, movement progressions, and coaching that actually sticks instead of a rushed warm-up and a clock.

First-timer or Open competitor, same class. The coach scales load, reps, and movements so the stimulus fits you.

We run Brute Strength. Every session has a purpose, moving from warm-up through strength work to a conditioning metcon.

Do I need experience?

No. Complete beginners are welcome. The coach scales every workout to where you are right now.

Why 90 minutes?

The extra half hour goes to skill work, progressions, and coaching, so you leave each class having actually learned something.

What if I am already advanced?

The programming scales up too. Competitive athletes prepping for the Open train in the same class.
