Gymnastics is a skill-focused class built around the movements that make or break your CrossFit performance. Handstands, muscle-ups, pull-ups, bar work, the things that look impossible until suddenly they are not.

It is for every level. Whether you are working on your first kipping pull-up or chasing a bar muscle-up, there is a progression for you. No one is too advanced and no one is too new.

Two focuses, one body that does more.

Two sessions a week, each targeting different movement patterns. Every class breaks the skill down step by step. You leave having learned something concrete, every single time.

Inverted work

Handstands, handstand walks, and handstand push-ups, built from the wall outward into free balance.

Bar work

Kipping pull-ups, chest-to-bar, butterfly, and bar muscle-ups, drilled until the rhythm clicks.

Coached progressions

You will not just be told to go practice. You get walked through the steps that actually build the movement.

The foundation

Body control and strength-to-weight ratio make everything better. Time here pays off across every class.

How to get ready.

Come ready to learn, not to max out. Skill work rewards patience and clean reps over grinding.

Before class

Hydrate, warm up your shoulders and wrists, and arrive early so the coach can set the focus.

What to bring

Training shoes, water, a towel, and hand protection if you have it. Chalk is your friend on the bar.

First time

Tell the coach what you are chasing, and flag any shoulder or wrist issues so the work scales to you.

Do I need experience?

No. There is a progression for every level, starting from your first kipping pull-up.

Are the two weekly classes different?

Yes. One focuses on inverted work like handstands, the other on bar movements. Over time they connect.

Is this only for advanced athletes?

No. No one is too advanced and no one is too new. If you want to move better, you belong here.

Why does it matter for CrossFit?
