What is Gymnastics?
Gymnastics is a skill-focused class built around the movements that make or break your CrossFit performance. Handstands, muscle-ups, pull-ups, bar work — the things that look impossible until suddenly they're not. This is where you go from "I can't do that" to "watch me."
Who is it for?
Every level. Whether you're working on your first kipping pull-up or chasing a bar muscle-up, there's a progression for you. No one is too advanced and no one is too new. If you want to move better, you belong here.
What's the focus
Two sessions a week, each targeting different movement patterns. One class might focus on upside-down work — handstands, handstand walks, handstand push-ups. The other on bar movements — kipping pull-ups, chest-to-bar, butterfly pull-ups, bar muscle-ups. Over time, it all connects.
How does it work
Every class breaks the skill down step by step. You won't just be told to "go practice" — you'll be coached through the progressions that actually build the movement. Each session you leave having learned something concrete. That's the goal, every single time.
Why does it matter?
Gymnastics is the foundation of CrossFit. Body control, coordination, strength-to-weight ratio — these skills make everything else better. Investing time here pays off across every class you take.
