CrossFit for Kids is so much more than just burning energy and getting sweaty. Our program helps kids develop a wide variety of movements across gymnastics, weightlifting, and functional fitness. They’ll learn proper technique, build strength and coordination, and gain confidence as they master new skills — from handstand walks to rope climbs and beyond.
More than Just Fitness
CrossFit Kids is a structured fitness program designed specifically for children ages 7-15, focusing on age-appropriate movements that build both physical and mental strengtht. Our program emphasizes proper movement patterns coordination and fun.
Building Skills for Life
At an early age, your child will learn what it means to face challenges and overcome them. This prepares them for life: to set goals, to work towards them, and to see every challenge not as an obstacle, but as a stepping stone on their journey.
Physical Development
We improve coordination, balance, agility, speed, strength, and endurance. Our workouts include elements of gymnastics, cardio, and weightlifting, all tailored specifically for young athletes.

Safety in Kids CrossFit
At Motus Cultura, safety always comes first. Our coaches pay close attention to every child’s movement and never allow heavy lifting without proper form. Instead, we focus on teaching the right technique from the start, using simple cues to help kids improve their movement patterns step by step.
Every workout also includes scaled options, so children of all ages and levels can train safely, progress confidently, and most importantly—have fun!
