What is Sweat?
Sweat is a 45-minute functional fitness class designed to challenge your whole body — not just your lungs. Every session combines cardio, bodyweight movements, and light implements like dumbbells and kettlebells into structured, high-energy workouts that leave you feeling worked, not wrecked.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to move more, feel better, and build real fitness. No barbell experience needed. No intimidation. Just effort, good music, and a coach leading every minute.
What does a session look like
Every class is different. You might start with intervals, move into an AMRAP, and finish with a core or glute finisher. The movements are functional — lunges, swings, carries, presses — things your body was built to do, done with intensity.
Why functional fitness and not just cardio
Because cardio alone won't get you there. Sweat builds endurance AND strength, improves coordination, and develops the kind of fitness that carries over into real life — and into every other class you take at Motus Cultura.
What to expect?
Three sessions a week. Forty-five minutes. A full-body workout that's hard to skip and harder to regret.
